Privacy

AblePro Bookmarks stores your account details, authentication records, bookmarks, notes, tags, folders, and activity timestamps to provide your private library. Passwords are hashed by the authentication system. Session cookies keep you signed in; email sign-in and recovery links expire.

Services and data

Emails are delivered through the configured email provider, such as SendGrid. Google/Apple sign-in shares account information needed to authenticate you when you choose that provider. We do not automatically fetch your bookmarked pages, generate screenshots, or send your library to an advertising or AI service. There are no analytics scripts on private library or sign-in pages in this release.

Access and exports

Application access is restricted to your account. Authorized server administrators can operate the service and its database/backups. You can edit/delete bookmarks and export active links. Trash remains until you permanently delete its contents; backups may retain deleted data for the operator’s retention period. Normal server access/security logs may contain connection details.
